Know what pacham is? It means pachamba-chamba. I’ve been experimenting with foods lately, actually my pachams are real recipes, it just became my pacham cause I don’t really know how to cook these stuffs but through instinct. So here’s my first pacham food, I call this Lemon Buttered Garlic Prawns.
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 2 to 3
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Butter
- 1 Lemon
- 5 large pieces of Garlic
- 1/2 kilo Prawns
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper
PROCEDURE:
- Chopped of Garlic, parsley
- Heat pan, melt the butter
- Saute prawns until pink
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Squeeze lemon
- Add parsley
