Buttered Mushroom, Corn and Asparagus

Here’s my second pacham recipe, I call this one Buttered Mushroom, Corn and Asparagus.

NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 2 to 3

INGREDIENTS:



  • 1/4 Butter
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1 small can of young corn
  • 1 small can of mushroom
  • 1 small bundle of asparagus
  • 1/4 meat
  • Salt and Pepper

PROCEDURE:  



  1. Minced garlic
  2. Slice asparagus and young corn with the desired length
  3. Chop meat into small pieces
  4. Heat pan, melt the butter
  5. Saute garlic until brown
  6. Add meat until brown
  7. Add asparagus, leave for 5 minutes
  8. Add young corn, leave for 5 minutes
  9. Add mushroom, leave for 5 minutes
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste

It taste good actually, enjoy eating!
