Here’s my second pacham recipe, I call this one Buttered Mushroom, Corn and Asparagus.
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 2 to 3
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Butter
- 3 small garlic cloves
- 1 small can of young corn
- 1 small can of mushroom
- 1 small bundle of asparagus
- 1/4 meat
- Salt and Pepper
PROCEDURE:
- Minced garlic
- Slice asparagus and young corn with the desired length
- Chop meat into small pieces
- Heat pan, melt the butter
- Saute garlic until brown
- Add meat until brown
- Add asparagus, leave for 5 minutes
- Add young corn, leave for 5 minutes
- Add mushroom, leave for 5 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
It taste good actually, enjoy eating!
